Welcome to our co-Chairs - Sir Clive Woodward & Judith McKenna


With a wealth of experience in coaching high-performing teams, Sir Clive served as the Director of Sport for Team GB at London 2012 and led the England rugby team to victory in the 2003 Rugby World Cup. In her recent role as CEO Walmart International, Judith supported over half a million individuals across 18 countries and is widely recognised as one of the most senior female leaders in retail.
Both co-Chairs will share their insights and perspectives on the report’s findings, actively supporting the research in various events over the coming months.
