At KultraLab, we are proud to be a certified B Corp. We take our responsiblity very seriously towards our clients, colleagues, environment and the communities we serve.

That’s part of the reason we decided to create our CoachTech app, Kultra® to help unlock their potential through the power of coaching.  We believe everyone should have access to their own coach and we believe Kultra® has the potential to transform individuals and workforces for the better.  We want to partner with organisations to empower their people, transforming motivation and engagement. 

We are putting in place a number of initiatives and actions to help us move further along in the B Corp journey, putting our people and the users of our product at the heart of what we do. We recently put together an Impact report for 2022 which details our commitment to B Corp and some of the activities we will be undertaking in 2023.
